It is very important to me that each customer is 100% satisfied with their shopping experience at Zayn Hijab. For this reason, I encourage you to ask questions before you order. This prevents misunderstandings and allows me to know your needs.

Shipping
I ship through the United States Postal Service with delivery confirmation. I am not responsible for items after they are shipped. For that reason I recommend that shipping insurance be purchased. I will ship your in stock items within 3 business days after receiving payment.
Insurance
Insurance is not included in the price of the goods but can be purchased for $1.35 extra.
Refund/Return Policy
I will accept returns if the item is defective or grossly misrepresented. This is at the sole discretion of Zayn Hijab. The item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition it was sent. Shipping to and from is non-refundable. Purchaser is responsible for shipping on returned items. Please contact me within 3 days of receipt of your purchase if you are not satisfied. If I am not contacted within the 3 days following receipt of the item and the product is not returned within 14 days then a refund will not be issued.
